This Memorial Day weekend besides LeBron James showing his brilliance yet again and James Harden realizing he and the Rockets are definitely going fishing again this year, the music world went crazy.
Pusha T released his surprise EP, DAYTONA and the cryptic Whitney Houston drug-addled picture on the front cover wasn’t the only toxic element the banger produced. In the song, Infrared, Push continues to take shots at Drake, who he has contended with lyrically over the years.
However, like his other wax battles with artists like Meek Mill, the Toronto spitter was quick to respond on the song Duppy where he also set his sights on GOOD Music CEO, Kanye West and revealed the supposed financial and lyrical support he has been giving the embattled Chicagoan.
You’re welcome.

Next Drake posted an invoice to Pusha T on his Instagram for “promotional assistance and career-reviving” and Rhymefest felt the need to give his two cents on Twitter.
The Chicago rapper tweeted at Drake to ask Kanye’s label to send the $100,000 requested to him so he can revive Donda’s House. Rhymefest went further in revealing that he feels Kanye no longer cares about the organization.

@Drake when G.O.O.D. Music sends the money they owe you, will you please help us rebuild Kanye’s mothers house for the youth of Chicago. I spoke to Kanye about it. His response was “fuck the youth of Chicago

Rhymefest wrote that Kanye explicitly said to him “f%&* the youth of Chicago“.
Donda’s House is the Chicago foundation named after Kanye’s late mom, Dr. Donda West. Rhymefest ran the organization years ago and was asking Drake for money apparently to save the charity. Recently Donda’s House released a statement regarding Kanye’s pro-Trump tweets.
“We ask that those who feel hurt, angered by or frustrated with Kanye West not penalize or throw away their support, respect and advocacy for us,” the statement reads. It continues: “We ask that as you boycott and protest Kanye West, that you do not forget that we are a non-profit organization that like other non-profits needs donations, corporate support, and volunteers.”
According to the foundation, its current project is re-constructing Kanye’s childhood home into a recording studio, museum, and learning space. But Donda’s House said Kanye hasn’t been delivering on his promises of financial support lately. The latest Kanye media run has revealed, Kanye is reportedly in a lot of debt.
Then Kim Kardashian jumped in the mix during Memorial Weekend Saturday to defend both her man and his commitment. She stated that Rhymefest just saw Kanye in the studio recently and could’ve spoken to him then, instead of “@-ing Drake” for money he doesn’t have. Next Khloe jumped in, tweeting, “Misery loves company people cant stand for someone else to flourish and be happy. Nowadays people thrive off one’s downfall rather than their success. Sadly.”

I will always ride for my man!
Rhymefest issued a statement, which he tweeted at her. “How can you criticize an organization that you’ve never physically been to or that you’ve never even talked to the Executive Director or any of the team,” he wrote. “At this point, if you and Kanye want us to dissolve the organization so you can do the work, we welcome that, in spite of you and Kanye’s lack of interest or support.”
Donda’s House then released a statement late Saturday night to announce it would be changing its name and severing ties with Kim and Kanye.
“Due to recent events that have occurred over the last 48 hours, we have decided to no longer use the name Donda’s House Inc.” the statement reads. “This has been an incredibly difficult decision but the social media quotes from Kim Kardashian West, as well as the expressed interest of her family running the organization, has brought us to this decision.”
In the end, Kanye West’s life is rolling out like the American “Pop Culture” Horror Show and the real losers are the youth that benefitted from his once unwavering support for the city. The exposition of turmoil among his many former business relationships is more proof that the Get Out state of mind he is in is reaping its worst on him.
