Yeezy was also the talk of every New York urban morning radio show after he posted a text conversation he had with Hot 97 program director Ebro where it appears Ebro was asking for some kind of compensation for doing a Kanye interview.
Yeezy’s actions have sparked a serious disagreement of philosophy with the hosts of Hot 97s Ebro In The Morning with Peter Rosenberg. Ebro and the crew basically described Kanye as an egomaniac, attention-craving sellout to paraphrase the 20-minute conversation on their relationship with the musical icon.

I really appreciate this dialogue with John Legend because I’m actually very empathetic. Im still the kid from the telethon. I feel when people think of MAGA they don’t think of empathy.
Kanye justified violating Legends privacy and personal text by presenting it as giving the world a glimpse into the inner workings of his relationships with people.

I tweeted the John text to show that there are people around me that disagree with me and voice their opinion. I respect everyone’s opinion but I stand my ground.
It was a straight violation if you want to know the truth. Im sure JL didnt expect Yeezy to sabotage him like that and label Legend as anti-Trump. The Tweet certainly cant help boost Legends record sales or image with his mainstream audience, some of whom share Kanyes love for Trump. Then again, Legend hasn’t been tight-lipped with his disdain for Trump’s administration and his supporters in the past.

His act has run thin with the fans and people that aided his rise to stardom and now hes straight wilding on a whole other level. Yeezy has a bunch of projects scheduled to drop and hes decided to flip the script, confusing even his closest associates, but we know in some way it’s all about the promotion. The shock value.
