When the much-anticipation trailer for the third season of HBO’s sci-fi drama “Westworld” debuted on Thursday, fans quickly noticed a familiar face in an unfamiliar place.

Marshawn Lynch.

And while HBO execs are keeping quiet about his participation, it has been described as a “fun and pretty substantial role.” Lynch can be seen at the 55-second mark of the trailer. This will be the third time that Lynch has appeared on the small screen outside of football, as he previously appeared on two episodes of “The League” and one episode of “Brooklyn Nine-Nine.”

Season three of “Westworld” will premiere on March 15.

Lynch really meant it when he said, “Take care of your body. Take care of your chickens. Take care of your mentals.”
