Today the Daily News is reporting that Sapp, after being acquitted on charges of solicitation last month, is now being charged with three counts of domestic violence stemming from an assault that took place on April 28th. In the incident, which happened at a Las Vegas hotel, Sapp threw a drink in his girlfriend’s (Chalyce Moore) face. Then he yanked on her arms, causing her to briefly lose her balance. The report goes on to state that after the party, the assault continued in the car and at a condo, where Sapp bit her finger, Moore threw a belt at him and then Sapp stepped on her face when she fell to the ground, where she might have suffered a concussion.
