The dream of working in television, specifically in sports, coalesced when she once saw Pam Oliver blazing a trail for other Black women sports reporters. Now, she’s sincere about responding to the young women who reach out to her for advice on breaking into the industry, knowing how important proper guidance and advice is in terms of succeeding in one of the world’s most competitive industries.
