Star Wars Episode VII Cast Rounding Into Shape for 2015 Release

The Star Wars franchise is modern day folklore with themes that actually transcend culture highlighting good versus evil and triumph over adversity, hide just beneath the veneer of high-tech special effects.  But artistry aside, folklore and cultural themes are not the reason why the George Lucas brainchild has yet another sequel lined up. Actor names like Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor and even Michael B. Jordan have been attached to the film at one time or another. Now the Hollywood Reporter is saying Breaking Bad star Jesse Plemons is also speaking with director JJ Abrams about a role in the film. Initially, the familiar characters of Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia and Han Solo were only supposed to have small roles in the plot of the upcoming sequel Star Wars Episode VII. No word on the plot has been released as of yet. However, some have speculated that Plemons might be cast as Ben Skywalker, the son of Luke Skywalker. Star Wars Episode VII is slated for a December 2015 release date and will be released by Disney and Lucasfilms.
