Starz recently released the particulars behind their highly anticipated original series Power. The show, executive produced by 50 Cent, debuts on June 7. Written by Emmy nominated writer Courtney Kemp Agboh, Power is a crime drama that tells two sides of the narcotics story; the glamorous New York club scene and the violent drug trade.
Actor Omari Hardwick (Being Mary Jane), Naturi Naughton (Notorious), Lela Loren, and Joseph Sikora round out the cast. Hardwick stars as James “Ghost” St. Patrick while Naughton plays his wife. Produced in association with CBS Television Studios, Power premieres on Starz, Saturday, June 7th at 9pmET/PT with an eight hour-long episode first season.
