Marcus Jordan and Larsa Pippen are finally Instagram official, as the two, seen in various hot spots, graced Pippen’s Instagram as a couple. The two took a photo in the confines of Jordan’s Trophy Room store in Orlando, clearly holding hands and smiling in their “usies” photo. Taken in front of a rendition of Marcus’ famous father Michael Jordan’s jersey, which looks to be made of red and white flowers, now the world wonders if this is a veiled shot at Larsa’s husband of over two decades, Scottie Pippen.

Since last year, Larsa has caught much flak online and in person for seemingly dating Marcus Jordan. The two never spoke with the media about their relationship, and as rumors flew, they stayed quiet but visible. The two were initially spotted in September at the popular eatery Zuma, a Japanese restaurant in downtown Miami. The former basketball wife turned heads when she appeared on a double date with the younger Jordan and another couple at their restaurant table for lunch.
As onlookers took pictures, Larsa began to seek cover from the attention.

The 48-year-old has dated younger in the past, and the 31-year-old Jordan is old compared to her former love interest Ben Simmons, who is 26 years old. She has also been linked to Malik Beasley, another 26-year-old Scottie took umbrage about.
Scottie Pippen reportedly called Beasley a “loser” after he was sentenced to 120 days in jail in February 2021. Larsa revealed the slight on an episode of the “Real Housewives of Miami.”
“When Malik got 90 days or something in jail [Scottie] sent it to me,” Pippen told her “RHOM” co-star Lisa Hochstein. “He’s like, ‘Go ahead, keep talking to these losers.'”
Many believe that digs like that have made Larsa clap back at Scottie by dating the son of his one-time teammate with whom he has bad blood, Michael Jordan. Pippen kept it the most real in his book “Unguarded,” where he revealed the toxic nuances in his relationship with “23” and his disgust with the portrayal of himself and their Chicago Bulls teammates in “The Last Dance” documentary.

The New Scottie
However, Larsa might just be looking for someone who can match the qualities of her ex-husband. Why not Michael Jordan’s son?
She elaborated on her post-marriage dating struggles on Melissa Gorga’s On Display podcast last year.
“I feel like I am kind of mentally in a place of, like, I was married to a really famous guy that was really cute, that had a good body that was really successful that gave me four gorgeous kids,” she said on the podcast. “So, where the hell are you gonna find a guy that can like, fill in? It doesn’t have to be all of those, but like, a few of those boxes. It’s kind of hard. I thought it was going to be easier, to be honest with you.”
Linked in the past with a host of ball players to rapper Future, Larsa is trying to fill the void left by Scottie. Besides the married Michael Jordan himself, Marcus is the heir apparent and nostalgically aligned. Until she reveals if Marcus is her revenge relationship, the two try to live their lives like it’s golden, even if it ruffles Scottie’s feathers.
