Kanye West is making a movie with Hype Williams. The announcement came Thursday on his website, after West posted a trailer for the upcoming film which appears to be a documentary based on his Yeezus tour.
This wouldn’t be West’s first foray into film. In 2010 he directed the short Runaway and 2012’s Cruel Summer which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. Although in 2008, a HBO pilot he was behind never made it off the shelf, we’re sure his latest project with Hype Williams attached will be interesting.
