Jim Brown may have retired from the NFL as its all-time leading rusher 48 years ago, but he's not done stiff arming cats so hard they feel it in their bones. These days he hits back with is words. During Wednesday's appearance on Showtime's Inside the NFL, Brown jacked up Mike Holmgren. Brown didn't believe that Trent Richardson had what it took to be a franchise back in the NFL and since the Browns traded him he's been absolutely gleeful.

"[Holmgren] had all his boys that were going to come in and take advantage of the kind of money that he could pay his guys and never really be there," Browns said. "He took advantage of Randy [Lerner] and it was just a shame. Randy's a good guy. Young owner. Wanted someone to take the pressure off of him. Mike came in, saw the weakness and took advantage of it."
And of course, Brown disagrees with Holmgren on the Richardson trade. Brown praised it. "I was surprised," Brown said of the trade. "But then I thought it was a brilliant move … Because first of all, Trent [Richardson] couldn't have carried the kind of load that Cleveland needed."
Tell 'em how you really feel Jim. Brown probably would have had a higher opinion of Richardson if he'd been drafted by current general manager Michael Lombardi, but because he was associated with Holmgren they had a frosty relationship. Holmgren should just leave this alone. Jim Brown's not the dude you want beef with.
