The NFL's difficult week has spurred reactions from all across the spectrum from fans to politicians to current and former players. On Sunday's NFL Countdown, Hall of Fame wide out Cris Carter piped up to speak his mind and offered powerful advice to anyone in or out the league listening to his words. Carter has a tendency to get passionate, but it's hard to remember him ever getting this fired up on air about anything.
