Bill Cosby Found Guilty For 2004 Drugging And Sexual Assault

Actor and comedian Bill Cosby was found guilty on Thursday in a retrial for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, who was a Temple University basketball administrator at the time.

Although there were multiple reports from the media throughout the years including this Gawker piece from February 2014, his past transgressions and criminal behavior didn’t really get thrust into the spotlight again until comedian Hannibal Burress brought it up in a comedic routine in October 2014.

That helped open the flood gates and then dozens of brave women spoke out against Cosby, including the 35 women in this New Yorker piece.

Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison.
