Ben Roethlisberger expected to miss at least four weeks with MCL sprain

Ben Roethlisberger, one of the strongest and most durable starting QBs in the NFL, left yesterdays week three win over the St. Louis rams yesterday with an MCL sprain, set to sideline him for at least four weeks.

The early season loss of Roethlisberger is damaging to their playoff hopes, as he had a career year last season and was playing exceptional football before the injury. Will Vick be able to hold the fort down until the return of Roethlisberger?

The signing of the injury prone Mike Vick shocked many, as he had the worst QBR of all quarterbacks who threw at least 100 passes last season. However, with Antonio Brown and Leveon Bell leading an explosive offense, he has a lot more to work with than with the Jets. The Steelers will need to rely more on their defense; everyone must increase their play if they hope to win games in an extremely competitive AFC North division.
