Reports are circulating that the Hawks aren't pursuing high-profile free agents this summer with Dwight Howard likely to sign elsewhere. The slim possiblity of teaming Howard with Chris Paul in Atlanta has completely faded and the Hawks appear to be ready for the much anticipated draft class of 2014.
Everyone's paying attention to the Andrew Wiggins sweepstakes, but guys like Julius Randle, Marcus Smart, Jabari Parker, Andrew Harrison & Aaron Gordon are all considered valued picks for next year. If the hype holds, not only is tanking an option this season, but it's actually compelling.
NBA fans are going to paying attention to the bottom of the league standings as much as the top. We know about the teams expected to be terrible. The question at this point is how terrible.
This may be the first season since 2003 when the bottom of the standings will mean as much as the top of the standings #Riggin4Wiggins

Interest in 2014 draft class is unprecedented. We're going to have a lot of REALLY bad teams this year. #tank-a-polooza
