We are about to find out. She is being tabbed to play the President of the United States opposite Katherine Heigl in the NBC drama pilot State of Affairs. The show will be directed by Joe Carnahan and produced by Universal TV. Heigl stars as a key CIA attaché who counsels the president (Woodard) on high-stakes incidents around the world.
