After a previous failed attempted at a reboot back in 2009, the Friday the 13th franchise might be making a comeback.

According to a report from Blood Disgusting, LeBron James and his SpringHill Entertainment banner were in discussion with Vertigo Entertainment about the film.

Legal issues stopped the movie’s process before. James and SpringHill already have the upcoming Space Jam sequel under their belt.
Space Jam 2 is set to be produced by the Black Panther and Creed heavy hitter Ryan Coogler and directed by Random Acts of Flyness director Terence Nance.
