The Oscar Pistorius case is only going to get more interesting from here. In the second day of his bail hearing for allegedly gunning down his girlfriend in cold blood, Pistorius' defense team had the lead investigating officer stumbling over his words during cross examination. Evidence doesn't seem to be in the double amputee track star's favor, but the details of the investigation seem to be called into question early on. Pistorius' attorney Barry Roux even had the officer admit that Pistorius' claim of mistaking his girlfriend for an intruder and killing her was not inconsistent with what was discovered at the crime scene. Further, the investigation made an error in identifying a substance found at the Pistorius home as testosterone, since it's still undergoing laboratory tests:

The Nets still want to trade for Josh Smith but they aren't offering anything different from before. The Hawks forward might not even be leaving the ATL before that trade deadline on Thursday.
Eric Gordon is reportedly being shopped around by the Hornets/Pelicans. There just don't seem to be any takers:
Sources: New Orleans has made Eric Gordon available for trade. Trade not likely though as clubs concerned about EG's health going forward.
