Villanova Wildcats show what sports is all about and surprise 4 year old who has cancer

Sports is about winning, but more importantly its about learning and giving back. Well after their last-second win over the Tar Heels in the National Championship game, the Villanova Wildcats decided to showcase the latter.

Four year old Blaise Davis was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer, shortly before his fourth birthday. Both his Mother and Father are graduates of Villanova, so when the Wildcats’ Ryan Arcidiacono and Daniel Ochefu heard about Blaise’s story, there was only one thing they knew they needed to do. Aren’t sports great.
