Last night at the Golden Globes, Meryl Streep was honored for her long list of accomplishments in Hollywood. During her honoree speech, she boldly used her platform to further discuss her unease with the President Elect, Donald Trump. She referenced Trump’s mocking of a reporter with disabilities during the campaign, how dangerous it was for someone in power to behave like this as it essentially gave “permission” for others to copy his horrendous behavior.
