Memphis and San Antonio have fought to consecutive overtimes in the Western Conference finals and Tim Duncan has been the difference in both of them. He dominated the extra period in Game 3 to give the Spurs a 3-0 lead in the series, scoring seven points, including the first five, to put the Spurs out of reach, 104-93. The win all but eliminates the Grizzlies as Greg Poppovich has never lost a series when taking a 3-0 lead. In fact, he's never gone further than five games.
Memphis is just a bucket here are there away from a 2-1 lead, but they don't have Tim Duncan and will soon find themselves preparing for next season.
