It's difficult to tell whether Boston has completely lost the map offensively or the Knicks are playing defense on another level. The addition of Kenyon Martin has been huge for the Knicks, bringing energy and defensive presence off the bench, but it's hard to believe it's all the offensive-centric Knicks deserve all the credit. Boston has been atrocious in the second half of both games in the series, scoring 25 in the first and just 23 in game two.
Boston desperately need some home court energy to give themselves a chance in one of these games, let alone the series. They head back there for game three on Friday.
This is what happens when the #celtics get discouraged by not scoring, they slip on defense. 4-18 shooting in 3rd quarter, #knicks; 12-17
