Pusha T’s Latest Diss Track Put Drake’s Soul In A Blackface Blender

On Friday, Pusha T released his album Daytona, which was lauded by Hip-Hop heads by a contender for one of the albums of the year.

Pusha first came at Drake on his Infrared track. Esquire went in-depth on their beef which goes back some time.

The track “Infrared” directly compared Drake’s rise to that of Donald Trump’s and also referenced his alleged ghost writer Quentin Miller. “The lyric pennin’ equal the Trumps winnin’ / The bigger question is how the Russians did it / It was written like Nas but it came from Quentin.”

Then Drake decided to clap back less than 24 hours, attacking Pusha’s persona as well as his relationship with Kanye in his “Duppy Freestyle.”

Hip Hop is a contact sport, but mentioning family members, like Drake did by mentioning Pusha’s fiance, Virginia Williams, leads to dire consequences. Pusha Terrance decided to take Memorial Day weekend to relax a little bit and went scorched earth, releasing his diss track on Funk Flex’s show on Hot 97.

He goes in about an alleged affair and child that Drake had with an adult film actress. The image accompanying the track was a picture of the Toronto rapper in blackface, which is all types of yikes.

Things are getting spicy.
