While he seems to have been marginalized this season by having to relinquish his play-calling duties to offensive coordinator Bill Callahan, he's still got the final word over how the 'Boys prepare.
The players don't seem to think it's that big of a deal, but the adjustment is kind of important. Garrett's logic is that if the players have to wear these bad boys on Sunday, they need to get used to them in training camp.
Now, if only the offensive line and defense can help save his job and rehabilitate Tony Romo's unfair reputation.
