Schoolboy Q’s Oxymoron Debuts at #1

Hip-hop heavyweight Schoolboy Q debut's at the top of the Billboard charts with his album Oxymoron selling 139,000 copies its first week out. His first album signed to Kendrick Lamar's label, Top Dawg Entertainment, also marks the first number one album for the label that has a joint venture with Interscope records. Kendrick's good kid, m.A.A.D city debuted at #2.

Schoolboy's album is the biggest debut for hip-hop since November 2013, when Eminem dropped The Marshall Mathers LP 2 with 792,000 copies.
