Radar Online reports that two Bronx men are suing rapper Rick Ross for injuries suffered during an altercation at a 2011 birthday party at the Umbrella Lounge. The plaintiffs claim Rick Ross actually started the fight that included members of his entourage and Umbrella Lounge employees. Jeisen Soto and Edward Soto both say the incident caused “multiple bodily injuries” and say the fight was the result of poor security. They also claim Maybach Music Group never responded to their summons, which was drafted in 2012. The venue also sued Ross on grounds that Ross and company continued to fight outside the club after security removed them from the venue, which is where the two men were injured.
