This week we caught up with Bellator Bantamweight Champion, Darrion “The Wolf” Caldwell before his fight at Madison Square Garden.
This is a homecoming of sorts for the Rahway, NJ native who now lives and trains in San Diego, California. Caldwell began wrestling in New Jersey. We talk about his experience “beating up on the white boys” and his interactions with now disgraced referee Alan Maloney who made a varsity wrestler cut his dreads in the Garden State.
With Henry Cejudo now the latest UFC champ champ, we discuss if a matchup with Caldwell could ever be made and also who his dream fight is.
