Mayweather Rizin Promo’s Are Epic So Why Can’t We See The Fight?

Rizin has your NYE covered except for the “Money” match.

Japan you did it again.

Rizin has released videos for the Floyd “Money” Mayweather vs. Tenshin Nasugawa boxing exhibition match. The cinematic visuals are epic and were a signature staple of their former Pride Fighting Championship days.

However, as hype as the promo gets you, if you live in North America you will not be able to see the match.

According to pay-per-view (PPV) provider FITE TV and Rizin Fighting Federation, only 13 of the 14 bouts will air. Mayweather vs. Nasugawa is the main event of the evening.

The fight will also be blocked in Canada, Mexico and locally in Japan to spur ticket purchases for the “Money” match.

However, the night’s co-main event and the broadcast main event features Darrion Caldwell against Kyoji Horiguchi. Caldwell is the Bellator bantamweight champion and Horiguchi is the Rizin bantamweight Grand Prix winner.

Prepare for an epic New Year’s Eve of combat action where Mayweather brings the fireworks.
