The 29-year-old singer was arrested on Thursday night after wrapping up his concert in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The police waited for Brown to wrap up his performance at the Coral Sky Amphitheatre before immediately escorting him into a cruiser, TMZ reported.
Brown was booked and released on $2,000 bond, which he posted. Brown is alleged to have sucker punched a Tampa photographer while making a paid appearance at AJA Channelside. The alleged victim claimed that Brown attacked him because he was taking photos after Brown arrived at the venue for an afterparty showing.
In a statement on Facebook at the time, the club wrote, Incidents like the ones caused by Chris Brown and his team are very sad to see. As everyone witnessed he showed up at the club at around 1:30 am. After only a few minutes of being there, Chris Brown himself and his team assaulted our club photographer and proceeded to walk out of the venue.
AJA Channelside and our employees apologize for the inconvenience, the statement continued. Assault charges were pressed and we are dealing with the proper authorities accordingly. We appreciate your constant support!
