Jay-Z took over Twitter yesterday, responding to random fans throughout the day while inventing new rules and new hashtags. At one point, a fan asked him about a rumored unreleased track, "Dead Presidents 3." Turns out, the rumors had some merit, as Jay gave Young Guru Twitter permission to release the track. Naturally, he promptly delivered.
