Still, Bryant’s frustration is directed more at the NCAA for how it conducts business, and yes, the love Manziel’s getting from the media that Bryant didn’t get.

He should be able to do whatever he feels, as long as it's legal, and I don't think anything is illegal about signing your name on a picture of yourself, making money off yourself.

The Brookings Institution is releasing a study today that takes a look at immigration initiatives for people ages 15 to 30 years old, which shows nearly three quarters of applicants seeking temporary reprieve from deportation have lived in the United States for at least a decade. Most of the applicants in the past year were under 21, and a third were younger than 19.
