Mayweather stopped by the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast with Gillie Da Kid and explained why he decided to participate in an exhibition bout.
“Now we talking about a Logan Paul? A YouTube for $100 mill? Give me that.”

Fast forward to the first official press event hosted by Mayweather Promotions and broadcast partner Showtime Sports yesterday at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida, where all hell broke loose.
After a face-off with the elder Paul, Mayweather ran into Jake Paul, who decided to let Mayweather know he wants a piece of “Money” as well.
While talking trash, Jake Paul snatched the hat off Floyd Mayweather’s head, and the disrespect sent “Money” off.

Floyd began looking like the original “Pretty Boy” with the big temper as he and his bodyguards gripped up Paul. The scuffle got heated as Mayweather continued to chase the younger Paul prompting Mayweather’s actual opponent to step in verbally.

The fight, which seems almost comical to many in the boxing community, now has more considerable interest with Floyd’s flare-up.
Although it is clear that Jake Paul is trying to simultaneously help promote his brother’s fight while building interest in a row with Mayweather for himself, the world loves drama, and now the battle has it in full.
