Chris Kluwe Sounded Off On Aldon Smith Playing Against Colts

Everybody and their mama seems to have an opinion on Aldon Smith playing in Sunday's loss to the Indianapolis Colts despite being arrested Friday on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of marijuana after hitting another car at 7 a.m on Friday morning. On Sunday morning Atlanta Falcons receiver Roddy White took the ESPN Countdown crew to task for what he perceived to be hypocritical judgments.

Smith has a history of run-ins with the law and Harbaugh's decision to send him out on the field seemed to set a double standard. Former NFL punter Chris Kluwe is an opinionated public figure. He's probably more interesting than Chad Johnson or Randy Moss, but because he's a punter FOX Sports and ESPN haven't come calling for his on-air expertise. On Sunday, he took to Twitter and lit into the Niners decision to play Smith rather than discipline one their star pass rusher.
