The Kansas City Chiefs experienced two devastating losses versus the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
Prior to their fourth quarter collapse in which the Chiefs lost their lead in the final :18 seconds of the game, running back Jamaal Charles exited the contest with what head coach Andy Reid fears is a season ending ACL injury.
The Chiefs are awaiting the results of an MRI today to determine the extent of Charles injury. The four-time Pro Bowl running back also tore his ACL in the second week of the 2011 season.
Kansas City (1-4), is off to a disappointing start to their season, as many predicted the team to contend for a playoff spot this season. If the MRI confirms an ACL injury for Charles, the Chiefs playoff hopes for this season are likely finished too.
