Chicago Bears’ Tarik Cohen Signs Endorsement Deal With Adidas

Tarik Cohen was an HBCU football star, running by the competition for the North Carolina A&T Aggies. He was eventually drafted by the Chicago Bears in the fourth round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

After exciting fans with electrifying TD returns and ankle breaking moves, Cohen caught the attention of another big name, Adidas, and he took to IG to let the world know that he’s joining the three stripe family.

“I feel like I have so much electricity in my game that I can strike at any minute,” said Cohen in the IG video.

Cohen was a star at A&T, but many doubted him due to his size and level of competition. But after some jaw dropping moves in his rookie season against teams like the Falcons, Steelers and Ravens, and the infamous video of him doing a back flip while catching two footballs simultaneously, the doubters became believers and teams were forced to pay attention to him.

“I’m excited to wear Three Stripes, I feel it fits my style of play,” said Tarik. “You know the speed that Adidas brings, and that’s my game style.”

Now Cohen will be channeling his electricity and speed through his Adidas gear. Not bad for someone whose lone scholarship offer, before A&T came calling, was rescinded when they saw him in person.
