Rumors of a tour featuring the hottest couple in hip-hop and R&B have been circulating across the Internet for months. And now, with confirmation from Mr. and Mrs. Carter themselves, the On the Run tour will show the world what life in harmony is like for Jay Z and Beyoncé.
Fans remember their first collaborations like, 2002’s Bonnie and Clyde. But this world tour will mark the pinnacle of their creative and collaborative affairs. The tour will feature at least 13 stops and is named for their "Part II (On the Run)" single. The event will kick off June 25 in Miami and then move on to Philadelphia, Dallas, Toronto and Chicago, respectively. The last date will be August 5 in San Francisco, Ca with a stop in Los Angeles at the Rose Bowl.
Although no dates at Barclays Center in Brooklyn have been announced as of yet, fans in the Northeast can catch the royal duo in East Rutherford, NJ at Metlife Stadium on July 11. More tour dates are anticipated to be added later.
