The Minnesota Vikings agreed to trade Percy Harvin to the Seattle Seahawks for a 2013 first-round draft choice. It's being reported that the deal is contingent on Harvin agreeing to a new contract. At the combine last month, Vikings general manager Rick Spielman said he wouldn't even take calls on a trade for the dynamic playmaker out of Florida. Welp!
Addition of Percy Harvin to the Seahawks is scary. Lynch/Rice/etc? Fire up the Super Bowl talk is.gd/M0wCZM

I'm just beginning to try and wrap my head around @dangerusswilson, Marshwann Lynch and Percy Harvin in same offense. Wow.

One of the reasons the Seahawks and Pete Carroll traded for Percy Harvin is his youth and versatility. Harvin is 24.

Tom Crean went hard on Michigan assistant coach Jeff Meyer after the Hoosiers beat the Wolverines to clinch the outright Big Ten regular-season title. The background on this is that Meyer was an assistant at Indiana under Kelvin Sampson before Crean inherited the NCAA sanctioned program in 2008. The sanctions were the result of violations under Sampson but Meyer was cleared by the NCAA of wrongdoing in regards to the major violations.
Something tells me the Indiana coach had this built up inside for a while:
Crean called it a "professional misunderstanding" and apologized this morning.
Conference tournaments in college basketball are cool until a 20-loss team gets in the mix and finds its way into the NCAA tournament. Ladies and gentlemen, we present to you: The Big South tournament champion Liberty University Flames (15-20, 6-10 Big South).
The Miami Heat are on an 18-game winning streak and look untouchable at the moment.
I realize business hasn't actually been booming at Hooters lately and this base hit down the left field line is just a fleeting moment in time at Spring Training, but perhaps Major League Baseball should reconsider what its doing here. Maybe at the games have the Hooters girls serve, idk, wings and beer? Just a thought
You always have the option to just leave, yanno?
