The Philadelphia Eagles have made some really good offseason moves in hopes of improving on their surprise record of 9-8 in the 2021 season and securing a playoff spot in the NFC.
Jalen Hurts Wants To Become The QB That Changes The Philadelphia Eagles’ Postseason
While the franchise seems to believe in him enough that they didn’t pursue trades for Deshaun Watson or Baker Mayfield, the former Alabama Crimson Tide and Oklahoma Sooners quarterback still has his share of naysayers.
That practice stuff about Jalen is fake . Y’all tweet and believe anything. Like how can he get sacked on 7on7 and there aren’t any rushers. I believe water is above us . Believe that too and make a article about that too . This app is crazy 😂

Brown, a well-known jokester even had fun referring to former Eagles squarterback Donovan McNabb and wide receiver Terrell Owens in his second tweet. Plus Vince Papale of the movie “Invincible,” fame.
In a 10 play series
Jalen threw 3tds to Me.
Donovan Mcnabb and T.O. fought the other 4 plays . Vince papale came out of retirement and had the other 3 receptions. #FlyEaglesFly— AJ BROWN (@1kalwaysopen_) July 11, 2022
Eagles starting left tackle Lane Johnson also stood up for his quarterback with one word.
“Truth.”
So Hurts seems to have his teammates’ support and more importantly that of Eagles brass, who are on record confirming their belief in the former Crimson Tide QB. In March, head coach Nick Sirianni told the Philadelphia Inquirer, “He knows he’s our guy. And we show him with our actions day in and day out.”
Hurts To Brown Should Be Fun: Longtime Friendship
With the Eagles adding someone as talented as Brown to pair alongside Smith, the fireworks should be plenty.
Hurts and Brown’s relationship dates back to Alabama recruiting both for their 2016 class. While Brown chose Ole Miss, he and Hurts developed a unique friendship.

“It started, he was recruiting me to Alabama, and I chose Ole Miss,” Brown recalls. “But we stayed in contact this entire time. We became really close friends. I’m extremely excited to play with him. We always joked about it, but we never thought it would be reality.”
