What began as a protest against the careless and callous murder of another Black man, George Floyd, at the hands of killer cops has turned into a worldwide display of anger, frustration, hopelessness, pain, and urgency with protesters in more than 10 major cities and in London, Italy, and even Berlin, Germany, making their voices heard and demanding a change in how this country operates, how it treats its citizens and people of color.
Despite the fact that foul work seems to be at play, and some have attempted to undermine the peaceful protests, the people who are dedicated to keeping the focus on the four cops that killed Floyd and the fact that only one has been arrested, continue to March on peacefully and stick to the script.

Former NBA champion Stephen Jackson is among the friends and Floyd supporters asking people to not fall for the okey-doke.
Rapper and social activist Mysonne has also been very vocal in trying to keep the New York protests focused on the agenda, and convincing Black people, in particular, to not allow outside forces, media narratives or conflicting agendas to stop them.

Some have blamed the protests, looting and destruction on right-wing terrorists who have implanted themselves into a positive protest to cause chaos and misconstrue the message of peaceful protesters. A continuance of the same racial oppression and dirty games that have contributed to this contentious moment of truth in America.

The White House has come right out and blamed ANTIFA, a supposed left-wing terrorist group designed to cause anarchy and destruction. There’s a narrative being pushed through certain media channels that this group is responsible for much of the damage to property, state buildings, precincts, and police vehicles set ablaze.
Although the President doesn’t have the jurisdiction to label any group as a terrorists, Trump took it upon himself to blame them for the acts of destruction, which included the assassination of a federal law enforcement officer in California, who was shot in a drive-up assassination while providing security at the U.S. courthouse.
Others feel that once the peaceful protests comprised of concerned citizens, athletes, celebrities and prominent community leaders ends, and the people who really came to honor George Floyd’s memory return home for the state-imposed curfew, often younger and more divisive elements fall victim to the traps set to destroy their message by hitting the streets, attacking police, ransacking places of business and altogether running wild in the city, while people stream it live and agenda-based media outlets relay its version of what’s transpiring to the world.
Some say it’s a setup.

Others call it a cry for change from a frustrated Generation Z.

As the citizens and police and anarchist groups and terrorist factions all collided, carrying the weight of this country on their collective shoulders, the President hid in a bunker after doing and saying everything he could to fuel the fire and not be a voice of reason.

The memory of George Floyd and the original focus of the protests (before they were infiltrated) is still to bring more light to police brutality and secure arrests and convictions for the other cops who were totally complicit in the murder of an innocent man, who yelled “I Can’t Breathe” as his life was sucked away by the knee of coldhearted officer Derrick Chauvin, who sits in a jail cell awaiting his court date.
Biden Leads Trump In Polls
The only good news coming out of these last five nights of fury is that according to the latest poll Joe Biden holds a 10-point lead over Trump and could get the official Democratic party nomination at tomorrow’s primaries.
As far as the war in the streets for justice and the multi-layered participants and agendas, it doesn’t look like the controlled chaos is ending anytime soon.
Minnesota needs to move on convicting those cops.

And provide some healing for a nation who is obviously frustrated from everything that the last four years have brought this country – from the killings of unarmed people of color to COVID-19 to 40 million unemployed to the blackballing of Colin Kaepernick who remains a symbol of the social injustice, police brutality and oppression that’s a systemic reality in our country.
