Zab Judah Launches Celebrity Boxing Championships

Zab Judah knows boxing and entertainment.

Now the last undisputed welterweight champion is promoting the marriage of both with the Celebrity Boxing Championships.

The exhibition league will feature stars from reality tv, hip hop, sports and social media, as well as authentic street fighters and debuts Saturday, April 3rd from Atlanta, Georgia and live on FITE TV PPV.

“I started this league to give rivals in sports & entertainment the opportunity to settle their differences in the ring,” said Judah.

“There’s so much unnecessary gun violence, especially in Hip Hop. As a six-time World Boxing Champion, I want the youth to know that you can put the guns down and lace up the gloves.”

The main event will be a highly anticipated matchup between cast members of the Black Ink Crew. Chicago’s Don Bishop is facing International Slap Champion Slap Master.

A years-long feud will also be settled between boy band B2K’s Raz B and YouTube star Chris Sails. Battling for the CCB title “Queen of Hip Hop,” Love & Hip Hop’s Bianca Bonnie will fight her nemesis, Miami rapper Blanca La Fina.

The event will be rounded out with a historic face-off between Little Women of Atlanta star Abira and Little Women of Dallas star Left Cheek.

Fighters use 12oz. gloves, will wear headgear and will be ranked based on their performance by celebrity judges.

The fights will be commentated by Reality Star/ Grammy Nominated Rapper Young Joc & Former Boxing World Champion, Charles Hatley. There will also be a performance by the Ying Yang Twins.

Although Zab Judah sees the exhibitions of other legends like Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones, he isn’t looking to get back in the ring; only promote a new generation of would be pugilists.
