WNBA Ticket Money Will Be Donated To Women Empowerment Organizations

"This season, your ticket supports more than women's basketball.

“This season, your ticket supports more than women’s basketball. It helps change the game for women and girls.”

This year’s WNBA tickets will contribute to the league’s women and girls empowerment program called Take a Seat, Take a Stand. It will allow fans to support the teams while also helping to change the game for women all over. 

For every ticket purchased, fans can choose one of the six organizations for the WNBA to donate $5 toward the respective cause. The organizations include Bright Pink, MENTOR, GLSEN, The United State of Women, It’s on US, and Planet Parenthood.
