Have you ever thought about the history of Philly boxing? Names like Joe Frazier, Meldrick Taylor, Bernard Hopkins and Danny Garcia. It’s a rich history for the City of Brotherly Love and today it comes to The Throne.
Super Middleweight everything title holder Jesse Hart understands boxing and what it means to be a son of the Philly boxing scene. At age 26, with a record of 17-0 (with 14 KOs), Hart is just starting on the journey towards greatness in the sport, but it started with the blood coursing through his veins as he is the son of Eugene “Cyclone” Hart, a popular boxer in the 70’s with a devastating left hook from Philly.
“Power is inherited.” is what Hart told us in our exclusive with him. You can hear the passion he has for the sport in his voice and can tell that he understands how the sport works, both inside and outside of the ring. Listen to the interview and get ready to cheer him on tomorrow night as he takes on Aaron Pryor Jr. from Las Vegas on truTV at 10pm EST.
