That the response that Tom Brady and his legal team received from the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan in response to his appeal of his four-game suspension levied by Commissioner Roger Goodell.
The Court’s decision, in response to Goodell’s suspension of Brady for his role in the Deflategate scandal, means that Brady’s only option is to hope that the U.S. Supreme Court will hear his case.
