There is no city that will ever surpass NY when it comes to point guards. Names like Pearl, Kenny Smith, Mark Jackson and Rod Strickland made their marks on the blacktop and hardwood courts across the city and country, dominating and building their legends with every performance. One of these icons is Kenny Anderson, a Queens legend who dominated the Catholic League in NY, tore up the NCAA at Georgia Tech and continued his success in the NBA with teams like the Nets.
We were joined by Anderson in Brooklyn on Strictly Speaking Live to talk about high school ball, recruiting, Lethal Weapon 3 and more.
Two legendary point guards in the same room? It’s another can’t miss episode of Strictly Speaking.
