Meek Mill, Drake End Their Three Year Beef

A rocky week in hip-hop ends with Drake and Meek Mill finally squashing their long-standing beef.

Both artists appeared on stage together Saturday night to perform Meek Mill’s “Dreams and Nightmares” during Drake’s Boston concert.

Three years later, after the artists social media-sparked diss track feud, the two came together to put their differences aside.

I wanna say something right now. This right here is a long time coming. This right here is important. This one of my favorite rappers, for real for real, Drake said after the performance. “We need more peace in the world, we need more love in the world. Meek Mill, thats my brother, thats my nigga from day one, so we were able to this tonight in front of yall.

God’s Plan. This was the most genuine embrace I’ve seen in a while. @meekmill @champagnepapi

Back in May, Meek explained how he “moved past” the beef following his release from jail and Drake’s campaign support for him last year.

He put good energy in the air, Meek said of Drakes support. What happened, happened. We moved past that. I think well have a conversation next time we see each other and get it going.
