PRITTY Left Hook: Daniel Cormier’s Coach Rosendo Sanchez

Daniel Cormier's head coach talks about Cormier, the Bay, and run-ins with the Diaz brothers.

Welcome to the PRITTY Left Hook podcast where we get real about combat sports! I promise you that I will take a position that will either have you fist-pumping your coworker in the next cubicle or cursing me out voraciously.

I talk trash and get in that ass, baby.

This week we have on the show Striking and MMA coach to the stars and one badass little dude, Rosendo Sanchez. I call him “Ro Ro” because he WILL roll up on you and bring the big drama show. Ask Brock Lesnar when he ran up on Sanchez’s client, Daniel Cormier in the cage and the 5’3 Sanchez pushed the hell out of Lesnar just for thinking he could touch the champ-champ (2:33 mark of the video).

This former boxer gave Nonito Donaire his first loss and is the prodigal son of the Bay area. We talk about the Bay, secret beefs, and why Sanchez has made Cormier, a man known as a wrestler, better especially with the hands.

We are on a roll and out of control with the PRITTY Left Hook. Hitting you in your goddamn liver bih.
