James Dolan must know Carmelo Anthony better than we thought.
Most sporting observers, including yours truly, found Dolan installing recording devices to track Anthony’s movements bizarre at the very least. Some found it downright offensive.
But Anthony insists he has no problem and is thankful Dolan is so concerned about his well-being.
"I got an owner that looks out for me," Anthony said at the Knicks' practice Wednesday in London.
"You can't beat that for an owner to try to protect their players, to protect his players. It just shows how much loyalty Mr. Dolan has."
Hmmm…still seems fishy to me but for now it’s a non-story.
