EA Sports may be canceling its college football video game series, as well as its association with Tiger Woods for its PGA Tour video game series, but the video game conglomerate is moving ahead with plans for its first foray into UFC. On Monday, EAA Sports announced that Jon Jones would be featured as one half of the cover for its debut game. Selecting Jones, who was the youngest UFC Champion in history was a simple choice. Who will accompany him on the other half of the cover is a little more complicated.
Fans will begin voting today on who will share the cover with him at UFC.com/covervote.
The 16 candidates include Demetrious Johnson, Dominick Cruz, Urijah Faber, Jose Aldo, Benson Henderson, Georges St-Pierre, Johny Hendricks, Chris Weidman, Junior dos Santos, Chael Sonnen, Michael Bisping, Anthony Pettis, Daniel Cormier, Ronda Rousey, Miesha Tate and Gustafsson.
