We are taught from an early age that if you work hard, good things will happen. They might not happen right away, but they happen when they’re supposed to and at the right time.
East Carolina Pirates football player Kiante’ Anderson worked hard to earn a spot on the team and he was rewarded earlier this week with a full scholarship. What made this happy occasion even better is the fact that head coach Scottie Montgomery decided to present the news to Kiante’s mother in person before notifying Kiante’ as a Mother’s Day gift. An incredible way to celebrate a mother who worked hard to help her son succeed.
