Artist Dr. Dre took a loss in the weird way on Tuesday. According to the BBC, Dr. Dre lost a trademark to gynecologist Draion Burch, who sought to trademark the name Dr Drai.
The BBC said that the musician “objected, saying the similarity could cause ‘confusion,’ especially as his near-namesake wanted to sell audio books and seminars under the moniker.”
