Doc Rivers and Bill Simmons closed out the NBA Draft coverage with a bit of a dispute about Doc's trade to LA. Rivers went on the Dan Patrick Show to clear up how the trade went down. As he presents it, GM Danny Ainge was at the point where he wanted to blow up the Celtics roster. When a trade proposal with the Clippers put both of them in a win-win situation, with Doc going to a playoff team while Ainge shed salary and grabbed a first-round pick, they pulled the trigger.
Doc also discusses his golf game with Al Michaels, whether CP3 will stay in LA and how KG will impact Brooklyn's locker room.
